Terms and conditions: payment and agreement

We will :

provide a written quotation for specific work on request

complete work promptly and to agreed deadlines

safeguard the confidentiality of any information entrusted to us

We ask you:

to sign a written agreement before the work is carried out

for work at an hourly rate – to pay within 14 days of our invoice which will be submitted with the completed work

for a monthly 'package' agreement – to pay in advance on the first working day of each month
